Services included with Advantage Labs Catalyst Program:

• Monthly 1-hour check-in meeting
  The heart of the catalyst program is working together to understand your goals and mission, and how your Drupal site is serving those needs.  The monthly check-in meeting is open to anyone from your organization who needs to be part of this process.  That means directors, fundraisers and team leads - as well as your technical website administrator.  Together, we set the goals for the next month, and identify the best use of resources to meet those goals.  We will answer questions that have arisen, and help prioritize ongoing development and support.
• Participation in Lab Hours
  Many of the tasks outlined at the check-in meeting can be completed by your staff, but sometimes it helps to have a dedicated time, place and real-time access to Drupal experts for support and ideas.  Lab hours are just the place for this! Come to our office in Minneapolis each week with your Drupal questions and goals, and Advantage Labs staff or your Drupal-site-maintaining peers will be on-hand to provide expert assistance, sage advice and creative brainstorming. Did we mention coffee and cookies? Yep, they're provided, too.
• 4 Maintenance and Support Service hours per quarter
  Need some extra help with configuring a particular feature? Troubleshooting guidance, expert advice, one-on-one tutorial? In addition to hosting and Lab Hours, the Catalyst Program includes 4 hours of personalized support each quarter. Take advantage of these hours to provide timely assistance not outside of Lab Hours sessions, or get hosting maintenance and formal training opportunities. It's up to you!  Note: We require you sign up for the Catalyst Program for a minimum of 3 months to receive this benefit. Our support hours accrue monthly but you can rollover unused hours for up to one-quarter (3 months).
• Managed Drupal Hosting
  Once you have your Drupal site up and running, It is important to keep it up to date. With thousands of active developers, there are always bugfixes, important security releases, and exciting new modules that you can benefit from. It's a full time job just keeping up!
