Do you want a bit of Drupal help each month now that you have your Drupal site up and running? Advantage Labs now offers a maintenance program to our Alliance Program and Catalyst Program members to provide you with our team's expertise at a discounted rate when you contract a set number of hours per month with a minimum 3-month contract. This way, you know you have our time each month for services such as Drupal help, training, support and consulting.
- Our Maintenance charges are: $200/month for each 2 hour increment with a 3-month minimum contract (billed monthly)
- You can choose maintenance hours in increments of 2 hours up to a maximum of 6 hours per month.
- Because we are offering these hours at a reduced hourly rate, we cannot treat these hours' tasks as priority tasks. Services required on a priority basis window will be billed at our full rate.
- Maintenance hours expire at the end of each month, unused hours do not roll over.
- To help you keep track of the hours used, Advantage Labs will document all hours in Advantage Lab's project system, so you will know when and how your hours are being used by month, by issue, by person.
- This agreement will be for the selected contracted period (monthly or quarterly) and will automatically renew unless it is terminated in writing (or email) 15 days before the start of the next month or quarter.
- Maintenance hours start and are billed on the first of the month. Payment is due within 15 calendar days of date on invoice.
- Additional hours over the contracted amount will be billed with the maintenance bill on the first of the month, and will be due with payment terms of net 15.
- Advantage Labs reserves the right to increase the rate for maintenance hours, but will give a 60-day notice prior to any such increase. Fee increases will take effect the first renewal period after 60 days following the date of the notice and are not negotiable.
